Becky Is The Best

We were referred to Gary Jaarda almost 10 years ago at the beginning of our search for a warm weather retreat in Florida. Over the course of time and with discussions with Gary Jaarda, and then Becky Jaarda suggested we consider shifting our focus from high-rise condo to coach home living in Southwest Florida. Becky showed us multiple locations in Southwest Florida for several years and very patiently and skillfully showed us the advantages and disadvantages of each location. Over the course of several years we identified a community that suited our needs. We appreciate Becky’s attention to our needs and skillfully guided us through the negotiation and closing process and we are currently satisfied in our new home in Southwest Florida.
